Unboxing and First Steps

When your Max4out bike arrives, carefully remove all packaging materials and protective wraps. Check that the frame, wheels, handlebar, seat post, pedals, and included tools are present. Inspect the frame and components for any visible shipping damage before starting assembly. Keep the packaging until the bike is fully assembled and tested.

Basic Assembly Steps

Most Max4out bikes arrive 85–95% pre-assembled. In general, you will need to install the front wheel, attach and align the handlebar, mount the seat and seat post, install the pedals (note the left and right markings), and inflate the tires to the recommended pressure.

Make sure the handlebar and front wheel are aligned before tightening the stem bolts. Tighten all bolts evenly and securely, but do not overtighten. Check that the brakes engage properly and that the gears shift smoothly before your first ride.

Safety Check Before Riding

Before riding, confirm that quick-release mechanisms are fully closed, brakes respond firmly, tires are properly inflated, and the saddle is adjusted to a safe height. Take a short, slow test ride in a controlled area to verify braking and shifting performance.
